Eugene Kramer is a widely renowned personality. He attended Florida Atlantic University (1988 to 1989) and did his Bachelor’s Degree in Science from the reputed Rutgers University at Cook College. He graduated with an excellent average of 3.2 with majors in Animal Science. He did his internship on Long Island at the Levittown Health Center. While he was studying in the college, he worked at Somerset Veterinary Group and helped the veterinarians while they performed surgery, took x-rays and administered animal care in the form of medication application.

In 1997, Eugene Kramer graduated with a doctorate of Chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College.
